At Riva Esencia, we carefully inspect all products before shipping them. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and, if possible, attaching photos of the issue.

We will review each case individually and, if the defect or damage is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as product replacement or the option that best suits the incident.
