Do my products have a warranty? All our items come with a warranty. If your product has any issue due to an engraving error or any other defect attributable to our production, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

What if I made a mistake with the name, initial, etc., on personalized items? Once the manufacturing process with laser engraving on personalized products has begun, it is not possible to make changes. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review the personalization text before confirming the order. Write to us as soon as possible via our Contact form, Phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Can I return my order?

For personalized or custom-made items: Returns or exchanges are not accepted (Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), except in case of manufacturing defect or error on our part.
For non-personalized items: We accept returns within 30 calendar days from delivery, provided that the product: Has not been used, Is in its original condition, Includes its original packaging.

What happens if I entered incorrect information when making the purchase? If your order has not yet been shipped, I can correct it without a problem, but if it has been shipped, it would be very difficult for us to correct. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review the delivery address. Riva Esencia is not responsible for address errors.

What payment methods can I use?We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Bizum. All payments are processed securely through the store's platform.

All our orders are shipped by NACEX courier company.
